Group of 0-24 kid’s max
A drum set is brought in with a small sound system for speaking.
Twelve 32-gallon Garbage cans, twelve 5 gallon buckets, complete with drumsticks.
We talk music, the importance of music, tempo/beat and rhythm in hopes to influence kids to pick up a musical instrument.
A musical environment / instrument is a positive and self rewarding feeling that keeps youth out of trouble and develops the respect and love for music.
We demo a full drum set and talk about rhythm.
We do some calisthenics. (Jumping being silly etc.)
We take questions about the drums and any other type of curious questioning.
We have everyone take a turn playing on buckets and garbage cans with our professional teacher drumming along on the drum set.
We compose a quick percussive jam ensemble of:
Drum set, Buckets, and Garbage cans.
$300 – 1hr.
$400 – 2hrs.
$500 (3hrs. max = Six 30min. groups)
$100 per hr. charged after maximum has been met.
We arrive 1-2hrs. before performance.
